I like the idea of getting Windows 7 for $99, and yet for some reason I feel I'd buy the more expensive one because it comes in all the fancy packaging. Hmm...

Sarah - Thinkin' the Family Pack is a much better deal for most at $149 for three. Have to say that I've been more than surprised that MSFT hasn't sent an RTM here (without asking). Over 30 years of outspoken support ... (Long story but suffice to say I was one of the original Microsoft OEM system builders and a strong advocate of the Freedom to Innovate initiative ... not to mention one of the early and loudest voices 'lovin' Windows 7. Just no time for a party :)

I think $99 is still expensive! Microsoft should reduce the price after they got bad reputation from Vista.
